Terms of Service

1. Terms of Engagement
By engaging SaaS Demand Engine (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for growth consultancy, CAC reduction auditing, CRM alignment, demand generation, or Fractional CMO services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional consulting services, including but not limited to:
- GTM & Demand Gen Engines: Designing and implementing customer acquisition frameworks.
- CRM & Operations: Configuring HubSpot/Salesforce architectures and routing logic.
- Fractional CMO Leadership: Embedded strategic direction and marketing team oversight.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver results, we require timely access to your systems (such as CRM dashboards, advertising accounts, and data analytics tools). You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that all data provided to us is accurate and compliant with relevant privacy regulations.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Unless specified otherwise in your SOW, the following payment terms apply:
- Services are billed on a flat-fee project engagement basis or monthly retainer.
- Invoices are due upon receipt or within 14 days of invoice date.
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of active services and system management.
5. Intellectual Property
All customized marketing strategies, playbooks, dashboards, and templates built specifically for your business belong to you upon full payment of fees. Any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, or proprietary methods used by SaaS Demand Engine remain our exclusive property.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to optimize campaigns and reduce CAC, we cannot guarantee specific revenue numbers, traffic thresholds, or conversion metrics. SaaS Demand Engine will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of your utilization of our strategies.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly service engagement by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for all unpaid fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
